PICK UP — contactless pickup is available in Montreal (at my home studio in Côte-Saint-Paul). Please choose "studio pickup" at checkout and you will be emailed to set up a pick up time with location details.
SHIPPING IN CANADA & US —Shipping within Canada and the US is with Canada Post. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING — Please email me directly regarding international orders ( we ship outside of Canada and the USA but due to Covid 19 shipping rates and schedules need to be calculated before processing the transaction.)
RETURN POLICY & DAMAGE — Returns are not accepted unless accidental damage occurs during shipping. Please send us a photo of your broken piece(s) and we will reimburse you for the cost of the damaged item.
VARIATION & CARE — Each piece is a handmade art object, therefore it might have subtle variation in size, colour or character - variation is part of its aesthetic charm. Functional ceramic pieces are food safe & dishwasher safe but hand washing ensures a long, happy life.
SUSTAINABILITY — We aim to use sustainable and environmentally friendly materials in the design process and packaging whenever possible and are always open to suggestions or collaborations in this area!
CUSTOM ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS — Custom orders are welcome. Please get in touch to discuss a commission.
