The other step which managers, executive or we should have is leading. Leading can be described as in this characters, a manager is going to lead another people. They need to give a motivation, and work with and trough people. A leader has to know exactly what happen in the field. So that a leader needs to be in the field with the workers although they don’t do the same job with the workers. There are 4 steps in management that are useful in order to manage the other people. The first one is planning. Planning can be best described as a manager must have an ability to make or establish a plan, especially for the top level manager. This plan should bring the organization or company to get the best result, best rank and accomplished the organizational main vision goals. After they established the plans, when the process is going, they have to develop that plan so that the result will be better and better and better.
