Managerial Roles in Organization part 2

Beside figurehead, disseminator, etc, there is also the role of leader in the managerial roles in organization. The duties of a leader are at the heart of the manager-subordinate relationship and include structuring and motivating subordinates, overseeing their progress, promoting and encouraging their development, and balancing effectiveness. The examples of their jobs are direct and motivates subordinates, train, advise and influence.
Entrepreneur is categorized as one of the 7 managerial roles as well. It is stated that the roles of the entrepreneur are going to encourage managers to create improvement projects and work to delegate, empower and supervise teams in the development process. The examples of their job are initiates new projects, spot opprtunities, and identify areas of business development.
And the last is the negotiator that has a specific task which is integral for the spokesman, figurehead and resource allocator roles. You must be a spokesman, figurehead, and resource allocator to be a good negotiator because this roles is to make our unit get the best advantage in the negotiation. The examples of their job are represent department during negotiations with unions, and generally defend interest. Those are all of the managerial roles that we can find in many organizations these days.
