Promotion Strategy that Can Improve Selling
Products need promotion to let the public know and recognize it. Promotion can also increase attraction of the product, in which promotion can be a promotional campaign or advertisement that can be considered successful if the attraction can draw consumers’ interest and then they finally purchase.
There are two main concepts in making advertisement. They are Philip Kotler and Jay Abraham concepts. Philip Kotler concept in making advertisement is focus on the awareness of the consumer, picture of selling value and the power of visualization. In contrast, Jay Abraham main concept is selling as the goal, words as the selling value and benefits for the customer is the main power, so the headline in this concept is very important.
In creating advertisement, all we need is to know and recognize the needs of the consumers. We should also do not forget to put the products information and explanation, also the benefit for the customer. In addition, testimonial and call to action are also important parts in creating advertisement. Sensational words such as free, discount and gift are the most valuable selling words that can increase the attraction of the consumers in order to purchase.
